Pressure Cooking Time : 1 Minute
Ingredients:

13/4 kg. Red Carrots, peeled and grated

1/4 cup Milk

2 cups Sugar
-
400 gms. Mava (Khoya), crumbled

7 tsp. Pure ghee

20-25 Almonds
Preparation :

Put carrots and milk in cooker. Close cooker and bring to full pressure on high
heat. Remove cooker immediately from heat. Release pressure with slight lifting
of vent weight. Open the cooker.

Place cooker with carrots on high heat, add sugsr. Cook till
liquid dries up approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add mava and ghee. Cook till ghee shows separately, stirring
constantly. Serve hot garnished with almonds.
