Ingredients: ( Serves : 4)

 

  • 2 potatoes (peeled & cut into thick slices)
  • 1/2 cup jowar flour
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
  • Salt to taste
  • oil for deep-frying

Preperation :

  • Mix the sliced potatoes, salt & cayenne powder and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai or deep-frying pan.
  • Roll each seasoned potato slice in the flour, shake off the excess and deep fry over low heat until done & crisp. Fry few slices at a time.
  • Drain on paper towel and serve with any of your favorite chutney.
  • Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
