II Mughali Kebab II

Ingredients:

  • 1Kg. Boneless Mutton, cubed

  • 8 Small Onions

  • 8 Cloves Garlic

  • 1" piece of ginger

  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped

  • 21/2 cups Milk

  • 21/2 cups Cream

  • 4 Cardamoms

  • 20 Almonds

  • 10 Pistachios

  • 6 dry Red Chillies

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp. Cumin, roasted

Preparation:
  • Grind Ginger, garlic, cumin, chillies and coriander leaves to a fine paste. Add salt to taste and rub this paste on to the mutton cubes.
  • Marinate for 4 hours.
  • Grill or cook  the meat until dry in a pan on a low flame.
  • Serve with sauce

Sauce Preparation :

  • In a saucepan heat the oil. Add milk, cream, finely crushed almonds and pistachios.

  • Mix well and cook till slightly thickened.
