II Capsicum Paneer II

Ingredients: ( To serve-- 4)

  • 150 gms Paneer  (or as per consumption)
  • 1 Long sliced Onion
  • 1 Green Capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies slit vertically
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • 1tsp coriander (dhania) powder
  • 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 or 1 tsp lemon juice as per taste.

Preperation :

  • Cut Paneer into medium size rectangle pieces.
  • Just before serving heat the oil in a kadhai and add garlic paste and ginger and stir for a moment.
  • Add onions & green chilies and stir fry till onions are tender.
  • Add capsicum and fry for a moment.
  • Now add tomatoes stir for a moment.
  • Add all the spices and stir fry for a moment.
  • Add paneer and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with tandoori roti or paratha.
