II Paneer Pakora (Cheese Fitters) II


  • 250gms Paneer 
  • 3tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2tsp Dry mango powder (Amchur)
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala to garnish
  • Oil for frying


  • Cut the paneer into thick cubes.
  • Sprinkle little salt, chili powder and dry mango powder on the paneer cubes.
  • In a bowl add gram flour, salt, chili powder and by mixing water form a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai.
  • Dip each paneer piece into the batter and deep fry in heated oil till golden brown on medium flame.
  • Sprinkle little chaat masala on pakoras. Serve hot with Green Chutney
