Ingredients: ( Serves : 4)

  • 11/2 cups puffed rice (kurmura)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium potatoes (boiled, peeled & cubed)
  • 21/2 cups chiwda (either homemade or readymade)
  • 6tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 4tbsp unripe mango (peeled & finely chopped)
  • 2/3 cup tamarind chutney
  • 2/3rd cup onion chutney
  • Salt to taste
Preperation :
  • Mix all the ingredients together, varying the amounts of chutneys according to taste.
  • Make up small quantities of mixture as required, as it becomes soggy with keeping.

    Note : This dish depends entirely on one's taste so feel free to adjust the quantities of ingredients as per taste.
