II Tomato Chutney II


  • 2-3 Onions
  • 6-7 Tomatoes
  • 4 flakes Garlic (paste)
  • 1/2" Ginger piece (paste)
  • 3-4 green chilies (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp Roasted coriander (dhania) powder
  • 2-3 Dry Red chilies (roasted and powdered)


  • Cut onions into slices and chop tomatoes finely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry green chilies, garlic, onions and then tomatoes.
  • cook till tomatoes soften.
  • Add ginger paste and salt, mix well.
  • Add coriander powder just before serving and mix well.
